Html help...

Ok, can anyone tell me how the heck to post this thing to my blogger template so that it doesn't bollocks up the whole page? I want my ticker to stay on the page...i.e. I'd like to post it to the title bar area (i.e. where it says brainbubbles - and the caffiene blurb...) Help...anyone....help?
